Richard at UKverified2I'm reminded of a recent appearance by Nick Thomas Symonds on BBC R4 Today when asked about how the government will pay for increased defence spending, spoke of the government already having taken difficult spending decisions... cutting Overseas Aid. No Nick, that was an easy decision.
