France-Iraq second half delayed because of impending thunderstorm; it'll be at least a half hour. I've attended multiple Eagles games which had such delays, and there is *not* a lot of room on those concourses for the ~70,000 fans present. (If they opened up the club levels it'd help. They won't.)
