In #TipToe, Leo's been living with HIV for 30 years. In the series finale HIV-related abuse raises its ugly head. We want everyone to know the facts about HIV. But we can't shy away from the reality of stigma and discrimination many people living with HIV still face.

Tip Toe was harrowing but brilliantly written & acted. I urge everyone to watch this as it gives insight into the rise of homophobia & transphobia escalating on social media & in real life. LGBTQ+ people are nervous in the current climate and this drama exemplifies the rise in hate perfectly . 👏🏻

Terrifying. Especially off the back of watching tip toe, that mob mentality and intimidation and threats. Insteada sexuality they’re being targeted for race/religion, the hate is still the same, vile disgusting pricks.

Finished Tip Toe. That was traumatic af. I don't think the message of it was aimed at us, hence it's shallow bluntness and it's statements of the obvious afterwards, but yeah, be careful out there 💜 😬

The doom-loop is the dramatic motor of Russell T Davies' excellent, terrifying #TipToe. Also, very few TV dramatists, other than Peter Watkins (eg The War Game) tell you what's going to happen, leaving you free to ponder the "why" more than that "what". Tip Toe on Channel 4 is easily one of the best TV shows I have ever seen !? I love it sm but I have a feeling the last episode is going to wreck me. 😭

The way some people on here are talking about how bad Tip Toe was, the finale and show overall, is a bit dramatic. It had some missteps and weird decisions but it was still good. Incredibly chilling / harrowing and bought to light some very relevant topics effecting queer people right now.

#tiptoe on ch4 was brilliant. Really hard to watch the last episode. No spoilers - worth watching.

So... #TipToe Not an easy watch. In the range of RTD series, more Years and Years than QAF Not an easy watch, but in the current political climate, not just essential but necessary... For all us queers and allies If we stand quietly to one side, they could turn to us next... Turn against us next

Well that was a day. Admin, planning, plotting plus three interviews, one photo shoot, a book launch and the last episode of Tip Toe.

Tip Toe (Channel 4) is harrowing. Particularly because it doesn't feel like a fiction. Could easily be based on a true story.

Finished watching Tip Toe last night, the latest series from Russell T Davies, who I've been a huge fan of ever since watching Queer as Folk when it aired in 1999. Some very difficult watching in places but highly recommended. #TipToe
