Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster coming to Nintendo Switch 2 July 23
Square Enix will release Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for Nintendo Switch 2 digitally on July 23, with physical key-card editions following later. Japan's release schedule lists a physical key-card launch on August 27. Save data from the original Switch release will not transfer to the Switch 2 version, so players must start new saves. The Switch 2 edition adds quality-of-life options such as faster combat and battle skipping, making the two-game collection easier to play on the new hardware.

7Layers2100% agreed, couldn't care less. I don't want some fucking UE5 remake of some 30 year old game that doesn't capture the aesthetic feel of it at all and you have to pay $70 for the privilege of playing a remake of a game that should come with the online subscription in the first place.
