Microsoft's Xbox Games Showcase 2026 went live, delivering first-look gameplay for Halo, Gears of War: E-Day, Fable and revivals such as Crazy Taxi: World Tour and Persona 4: Revival. The stream also revealed A Plague Tale 3, Metro 2039, State of Decay 3, DOOM: TDA DLC, Bad Magpie, Senua and indie Magicians: The Devil's Deal. Persona 6 was absent, highlighting Xbox's mix of remasters, third-party revivals and new originals that will shape the 2026 release calendar.

Xbox Showcase was solid, I'd give it a B! 💚 My surprise of the show was Resonance Plague Tale, the gameplay looked like a lot fun, it'll be fun going in that world with a more action focus. Castlevania, Halo, and Gears release dates and Cockwork evolution still looks great!
