Their actions speak louder than their words. CBS seems to have finally realized they are in the middle of a PR crisis so they are changing their tone, but it doesn't change the fact that they are firing real journalists in favor of propagandists. They deserve zero credit, only scorn.

As I was listening, I couldn’t get over how much it sounds like he‘s reading Pelley’s obituary. Steady use of past tense. Then it occurred to me that maybe he IS reciting Pelley’s obit. News organizations pre-write them for prominent individuals. Kind of a sick joke while sounding noble?
