French Navy intercepts shadow fleet tanker Tagor
The French Navy boarded and diverted the tanker Tagor in the Atlantic after finding it carrying sanctioned Russian crude and petroleum products, President Emmanuel Macron said. The vessel is sanctioned by the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine and is linked to the so-called shadow fleet that transports Russian oil. A recent report found more than half of sanctioned shadow fleet tankers risk serious environmental harm because many are old, making the Tagor interception a test of enforcement and a reminder of spill and safety dangers.

Well done France. When is the UK going to find its cojones?
They don’t want you to know this but you can just grab shadow fleet tankers
This should happen much more often. Even if released after a few weeks with just a fine, it adds to the cost of transporting Russian oil.
