Fernando Tatis Jr. crushed a 451-foot solo home run off Foster Griffin for his first homer of the 2026 season. The ball left the bat at 114.0 mph and drove in the run that put San Diego ahead 3-1 in the top of the fifth inning. Tatis flashed a huge smile and teammates flooded the dugout to celebrate. The blast is his longest and hardest-hit homer since a 467-foot shot on September 30, 2021, snapping an early-season power drought and giving the Padres a momentum lift.
