HoYoverse will take Genshin Impact offline for maintenance on May 20 at 06:00 (UTC+8) to deploy Version "Luna VII": Song of the Welkin Moon: Andante, "Truth Amongst the Pages of Purana." The update adds a new weekly boss that becomes available after the patch, so players WHO plan to use three 30-resin boss runs should wait until maintenance finishes. HoYoverse also released a character trailer titled "Prune: Listen to the Witch Hunter's Vow!" ahead of the update. This matters because the new boss and character content will reshuffle how players spend resin and wish resources during the week of May 20.
