Judge declares mistrial in Harvey Weinstein New York rape trial
A New York judge declared a mistrial Friday after jurors deadlocked in Harvey Weinstein's third trial on a charge that he raped aspiring actress Jessica Mann at a Manhattan hotel in 2013. The deadlock prevented a verdict, leaving the criminal charge unresolved. Prosecutors must now decide whether to retry Weinstein, prolonging legal uncertainty for both Weinstein and Jessica Mann.
