Each butterfly has been lovingly hand drawn by wildlife illustrator Richard Lewington, capturing the detail, colour and character that makes each butterfly unique.
I was sure the swallowtail would be topping the list but it currently lies 8th. I suppose, like many rarer butterflies, it will suffer from not having been seen by many people nationally. When I finally saw one I was amazed at how tropical looked. It was almost too exotic for the Norfolk Broads.
They’re all so precious, I couldn’t possibly choose.
