My dad was stationed at Pearl Harbor for a couple years, and would show visiting dignitaries around the base and Memorial. He would occasionally sit at the Memorial and listen to the oil bubbling up (which still continues to do so today). The idea of someone snorkeling there is horrific.

My late father-in-law was a Pearl Harbor Survivor & belonged to that Assn. I think they are all gone now, but even if one still survives, seeing that disrespect, he'd have hoisted himself from his wheelchair and made sure that was Ka$h's last snorkel. So far beyond the pale of respect or honor.
