I wonder what percentage of Americans actually understand the legal framework that is at play here. No doubt it falls into the familiar 1/3-1/3-1/3 matrix. 1/3 are against Carr politically, 1/3 are in favor of Carr politically, and 1/3 actually understand that he's violating the Constitution.
