This show was so profoundly terrible at a core level and dragged all of the animated characters through the mud by making them all old and grumpy and not even in a fun way. They can delay it forever and it would be too soon. They need to go back to making animated shows. They were good at that.

this show is brimming with potential - it didn't coalesce in the first season but the components are all there to be moved more confidently into place but at this rate, if we're waiting this long between seasons, it'll never amount to a whole lot in forever anyway I miss network tv genre shows :(

According to the Disney upfront presentation, we're getting Ahsoka season 2 in early 2027. The trailer they showed in Japan, based on the vertical blinds teaser of the Empire Strikes Back, was incredible. Filoni told us Ackbar will face off against Thrawn.

It really is gonna be too quiet for Star Wars for me after the Rey novel releases in July… If there’s no Ahsoka Season 2, unless Visions drops something or another ST surprise comes by, there’s literally nothing else new to watch for Star Wars. Though it gives me time to get through books at least.
