Michael Pennington, the English stage and screen actor WHO founded the English Shakespeare Company, has died aged 82. He was best known for his landmark 1980 performance as Hamlet and maintained a five-decade association with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Pennington also had a role in Star Wars, and actress Miriam Margolyes said she was "sad beyond measure" at his death.
