ROG Xbox Ally gains Auto Super Resolution and dock improvements

ROG released an update that adds an Auto Super Resolution preview to the ROG Xbox Ally X and deploys docking fixes and docked-mode improvements for both the Ally and Ally X. Auto Super Resolution, Microsoft’s DLSS competitor, is available to Xbox Insiders today and aims to boost frame rates while sharpening visuals in supported PC games. The update also brings enhanced vibration feedback and a Collective Library feature to the Ally lineup to improve haptics and centralize game access. Those changes make the handhelds more capable as desktop dock replacements and improve handheld play without sacrificing visual quality.
