AEW Dynamite main event features brutal Darby Allin vs Brody King spots
AEW Dynamite's main event pitted Darby Allin against Brody King, and the match featured multiple brutal high-impact spots, including Allin crashing through the announce table. King relied on power strikes and heavy offense while Allin absorbed punishment and countered with reckless, high-flying bumps. The bout leaned into classic small-man versus big-man psychology, making the physical contrast central to the storytelling. Those extreme spots escalated the rivalry's stakes and reinforced Allin's reputation for risk-heavy matches while keeping Brody positioned as a major threat in AEW's main-event mix.
"THEY BROKE THE SIGN!!!!! THEY RUINED THE ANNOUNCE TABLE!!!! THEY'RE MAKING A MESS!!!!!" .... *kiddo looks at me for permission* "holy shit! holy shit! holy shit!" #AEWDynamite
Kiddo is totally going to ask to go to an AEW show now. 😉
That's adorable lmao. Just remember kiddo what you say at the wrestling cannot be repeated out of it
My nephew looked for permission from me to chant swears when I took him to Cena’s last match. He asked me not to tell mama. It was adorable.
How old is she again? 😁
Reminds me of a live show when I gave I told an 8 year old it was ok to say swears only at the show and he def leaned into the “shit” of “cowboy shit” chant
People can rationally not be into Darby as champion, but it's undeniable his matches being champion have been incredible #AEWDynamite
Darby truly gives his all 💯 in his matches.. he leaves it all in the ring.
It also feels like absolute justification for a slightly shorter reign because he may die trying to defend it
Every one of his matches has me locked in because he only knows how to go hard and make me hold my breath the whole time because of the wild shit he pulls off and the bumps he takes. I get that some people might not like the uncertainty, but I do because it makes for some seriously exciting matches
