Kash Patel praises 'greatest law enforcement team' after WHCD shooting
Kash Patel praised "the greatest law enforcement team I've ever seen" after a shooter breached security at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. Witnesses say the shooter advanced past initial checkpoints and was stopped on another floor several stairs away from the president. Critics noted Patel has no law enforcement background and pointed to recent firings of experienced intelligence and security officials under the president. That contrast raises questions about security protocols at presidential events and whether staffing changes have weakened protections.
Kash Patel on Fox & Friends: "First and foremost, I want to remind your audience of President Trump's leadership, literally courage under fire. He's assembled the greatest law enforcement team that I've ever seen."
What a strange, insignificant little man.
"I have to remind you of that, or else I lose my job."
How do people not just piss themselves laughing at that clown?
These guys beg to differ.
@whitehouse.senate.gov predicted that BONDI would be fired. He’s now predicting that Kash Patel will be next! WATCH & LISTEN👇🏻 bsky.app/profile/koja...
As the author of right-wing fairytales, I wonder how many law-enforcement teams he’s seen.
He's a podcaster. This is the first law enforcement team he's ever seen
Kash Patel is on TV again polishing boots so hard you can hear it through the screen. “Greatest law enforcement team I’ve ever seen”? Then he needs to see more teams. Calling chaos “courage” and flattery “leadership” is why nobody serious can keep a straight face. SAD!
“I don’t mean to brag, but I’m literally the greatest ever in the history of everything”
And he’s been arrested by a few in his day.
Which others has he seen, and with which eye did he see them?
Courage under fire? The man fell in panic and the gunman wasn’t even close. cbwrong.blogspot.com/2026/04/how-...
All I saw was the keystone cops in action.
Yeah we saw the film of Kash just sitting at his table. A real action hero, that one.
You are still getting the boot, bootlicker.
“greatest” has lost its meaning.
Patel is a moron, unfit to hold any government office.
The greatest law enforcement team failed to set up metal detectors on a presidential event?
yeah, his fat ass fell down as soon as he stood up from the table. Taft could have moved more quickly
Never let an assassination attempt go to waste.
This would mean something coming from a law enforcement professional. For someone with two alcohol related arrests for most of their experience in that area, not that impressive.
🇨🇦🇺🇦🙄Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think hiring those with substance abuse issues in top leadership roles-especially those in terms of national security-is a good thing. Tbh, Kash Patel: You already seemed half in-the-bag after the WHCD incident took place.
Exactly how many law enforcement teams has he seen in his long and storied career?
Wonder how much he drinks on a day to day basis?
What courage? He was quickly swarmed by armed security, removed from the “danger zone,” and unharmed. That’s not courage; that’s compliance.
All evidence to the contrary. 🤦♀️
Give this guy a towel
Also, the ONLY law enforcement team Kash Patel has ever seen, but whatever.
He has no law enforcement experience. What’s his frame of reference, Police Academy?
I saw the footage of Krash just sitting there scratching his nutsack whilst it was all ‘going down’. And the Dear Pedo? Fell flat on his fat ass when the gunman was not even close enough to smell his stench (which would’ve been at least a 200m radius as he most definitely filled his diaper! 💩STFU!
If the president's law enforcement team is so great, how did a heavily armed shooter get past them?
Translation: I've heard that Trump might be about to sack me.
Kash Patel’s laughably hyperbolic praise of the Trump DOJ sounds like a ten year old stubbornly claiming the 2026 Mets-currently 9-19 after losing 15 of their last 17 games-are the best team in baseball history
Desperately trying to keep his job. He's cashed.
That means a lot coming from someone who has no experience in law enforcement
Go easy on him. Edgar J Boozer got up before noon today. Hes making Bigly progress
He should be working instead of showing his eyeballs on tv.
Kash Patel is what happens when you drop a baby on it’s head again & again & again
I laughed hard when, on SNL, one of the girls said, "It moves like Kash Patel's eyes, fast and in all directions" 😂. Predators that feed after major predators.
Mama was drunk too 🤪
Not only was he dropped on his head a lot, his hair was on fire and his father put it out with an AR-15...
...... from the 3rd floor window.
I thought it was when you feed a baby the wrong bottle. My bad!
KASH IN, KASH OUT, KASHAPP
At some point, you'd think they'd realize he wasn't going to bounce.
I always wondered what happened to him to make him look like that.
I was dropped twice and I'm nothing like him. Please don't say things like this.
And give it drugs \ alcohol.👹
When this Kash Patel part is over, could we get a movie about this with Adeel Akhtar in the starring role--because he is great in everything and would deliver a knockout hour and a half of solid gold comedy about a terrified, drunk, profoundly unqualified man trying to run the FBI.
Aside from Emma Thompson and Ruth Wilson, the dynamics between Darren Boyd and Adeel Akhtar were brilliantly played. Darren Boyd's cutting wit and Adeel's role as an absolute incompetent intelligence operator was so fun to watch.
I've been picturing Aziz Ansari but I am persuaded by your case
This is actually perfect casting. He's so believable as a useful idiot.
FBI Director Kash Patel was twice arrested in incidents involving alcohol, once for public intoxication and once for public urination after leaving a bar, he admitted in a 2005 letter. Read more: interc.pt/4sRtDE3 ✍️ @trevoraaronson.bsky.social 📹 @jordanuhl.com
don't really get why people in the replies care about this or judge it as a serious moral failing. this was over twenty years ago and he was in his twenties. who cares. I want to know if he's getting drunk on the job right now
Public urination arrest from 2005 somehow feels like the least disqualifying thing on his resume at this point.
This shooting probably saves Kash Patel’s job for a few weeks. It’s the 3rd time he’s been saved by the bell as scandals erupted — the Renee Good shooting overtook his girlfriend scandal, the war in Iran washed away headlines on his Olympics debauchery. www.doomsdayscenario.co/p/the-nation...
Tragedy is a school shooting. This was a scare. Talk about background checks and red flag laws at the federal level first.
He looked like he was fully in control under that table and chair.
His security detail for his girlfriend, 4 dedicated SWAT FBI agents, costs us, the taxpayers, $1M/year. Then we get to pay for their travel on the private FBI jet. No wonder we’re $39T in debt (25% of which is directly attributable to Trump’s presidencies).
I think Kash Patel is an incompetent dipshit and have heard the same from people who know better than I do, but sometimes a guy gets a wild hair up his ass to do something, doesn't tell anyone, and doesn't send all the signals of the kind of person who will do that thing. No real stopping that.
It's actually very easy to just do things if you don't spend several months in advance telling people what you're going to do.
I get what you're saying but also they very much did stop the guy. the president remains un-murdered. imo Crooks is the much bigger failure because Trump only survived due to luck
if i was in the “protecting high-value targets” business, i would not be reassured by what appears to be an otherwise normal guy going suddenly ham gotta hope there aren’t too many other normal-seeming guys out there, i guess
