The Chicago Bears selected Georgia Tech defensive tackle Jordan van den Berg with the 213th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Van den Berg posted a near-perfect 10.00 RAS score, ranking second among defensive tackles measured from 1987 through 2026, and evaluator Daniel Jeremiah listed him among his top 150 prospects and as a late-round sleeper. Off the field Van den Berg used NIL earnings to buy a laundromat while at Georgia Tech. The pick provides the Bears a high-upside, athletic interior lineman WHO projects as a rotational run defender and special-teams contributor from a late-round selection.

Van den Berg's 4.19-second short shuttle would have been the fastest of any defensive tackle at the combine dating back to 2010. His 36-inch vertical would have ranked fourth at DT in the past 17 combines.
