Bluesky staffer subscribes to 'AI Haters' blocklist, blocks ~300k

A Bluesky technical advisor subscribed to an "AI Haters" or "Anti-AI" blocklist that contains about 300,000 accounts, with some posts reporting roughly 310,000 blocked on his profile. Accounts including people with AI patents and other Bluesky developers found themselves blocked despite having no interactions with the advisor. Because subscribing to the list applies blocks automatically, those accounts cannot view or engage with the advisor's Bluesky profile until he unsubscribes or changes his blocklist settings.
