Kinetic Games announced a free, limited-time crossover called "Phasmophobia by Alan Wake" that runs from May 12 through June 2. The event brings Dark Place content from Remedy Entertainment's Alan Wake II into Phasmophobia's cooperative ghost-hunting gameplay and represents Phasmophobia's first-ever collaboration with another franchise. The Alan Wake-themed content will be available at no extra cost and integrates Alan Wake II environments and themes directly into Phasmophobia matches.
