HoH Rick Devens is planning to nominate Melody, Lyric and Jason this week and wants the option to backdoor Rome if the veto is used. Devens told housemates "It's gonna get dicey" while Dee and Barrett started counting votes to confirm they have the numbers for his plan. Barrett reportedly gave permission for Devens to "fuck this game up as much as you want," and house talk has centered on whether Rome will be the eventual target. Feeds were down for about 90 minutes before nominations, and several housemates reacted that Devens' HoH is pushing a more aggressive, split-the-house dynamic. Earlier in the week Ashley was evicted 14-0 and Yash won the Blockbuster competition, leaving Devens as the new power player leading the Toolshed alliance against what posts called the Roman Empire. If Devens follows through, nominations and a veto meeting could lead to a Rome backdoor attempt that would reshuffle current alliances.
