Grand jury transcripts show juror doubts in Chicago 'Broadview 6' case
Newly released grand jury transcripts in the federal Broadview 6 case in Chicago show jurors voiced strong skepticism, with at least one juror using profanity-laced language to reject the prosecution’s narrative. The transcripts show Justice Department prosecutors repeatedly pressed witnesses and sought additional testimony after jurors expressed doubt, ultimately securing indictments against six anti-ICE protesters known as the Broadview 6. The documents raise questions about DOJ prosecutorial tactics in protest-related cases and could affect appeals or disciplinary review of how the case was pursued.
TODAY: FISA Section 702 reform, ICE has over 500 babies and toddlers in custody, and the Broadview Six grand jury transcripts are out. Always free; news with swearing. the-daily-beans.simplecast.com
There should never be toddlers and babies in custody 😔
He disappeared thousands of children during his first administration, gone forever He’s on record abusing children with Epstein Children died on Epstein Island and we still don’t know their names or how they died No one in this administration should have authority over a child No. One.
Those poor babies are most likely going to be trafficked to the Epstein Class Cabal.
I do think any federal defendant indicted in Chicago should request grand jury transcripts. hard to believe this behavior was confined to just one really weak case
Not just Chicago, though. There are VERY clear similarities between this case and (for example) David Huerta's case in LA or LaMonica McIver's case. In Huerta's, judge required prosecutors to give a Bill of Particulars for the same reason required here.
Yeah. The prosecutor is just casually breaking the rules without much concern. It doesn't seem driven by this particular case, IMHO.
