TCM Party 'Summer of Darkness' noir marathon screens Detour

Turner Classic Movies is running 'Summer of Darkness,' a TCM Party noir marathon that screens Edgar G. Ulmer's Detour alongside staples such as Double Indemnity and The Maltese Falcon. One of the many great things about #TheSetup is the sound editing. The opening scene's overlapping dialogue, the sound of the trains as Audrey Totter stands on the overpass, the fight sounds– it's all very realistic for a 1949 film. #TCMParty
