Wonder if any NBA Finals team has ever played 3 straight series against teams that went to Game 7 their previous series. Difference this time for the Knicks is that unlike the Sixers and Cavaliers, the Thunder or Spurs will get four days rest before the finals instead of two days like the others.

This will be the first conference finals Game 7 since 2023 Heat at Boston, and the first WCF Game 7 since 2018 Warriors at Houston. The road team has won the last four conference finals Game 7s. Oklahoma City Thunder have now lost all three Game 6s under Mark Daigneault.
