Sebastian Aho scored 14:06 into overtime at the Bell Centre to lift the Carolina Hurricanes to a 3-2 Game 3 win over the Montreal Canadiens, giving Carolina a 2-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Final. The game was tied 2-2 after two periods, with Canadiens defenseman Lane Hutson scoring in the second to knot the contest. Carolina has leaned on speed, skill and physicality throughout the series, and this road overtime victory hands momentum to the Hurricanes as Montreal must respond in Game 4.
