The Vegas Golden Knights beat the Colorado Avalanche 3-1 in Game 2 in Denver, and Ivan Barbashev added an empty-net goal to seal the win. Colorado opened the scoring, but Vegas scored twice to take the lead and held the Avalanche to a single goal. The victory gives Vegas a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference Final and hands the Golden Knights momentum as the series returns to T-Mobile Arena.
