Minnesota selected to host 2028 NFL Draft
NFL owners approved Minneapolis-St. Paul to host the 2028 NFL Draft, centering the event at U.S. Bank Stadium. The Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Sports and Events will lead a plan to transform downtown Minneapolis into a multi-day celebration featuring fan festivals, concerts, and team activities. Organizers say stadium plazas and adjacent public spaces will host mainstage presentations, interactive exhibits, and team programming. The draft will spotlight Minneapolis-St. Paul’s stadium and hospitality infrastructure and bring a national sports showcase and major visitor activity to the region in 2028.
